On July 30, 2020 at 1 pm ET, Whistleblower Law Collaborative will co-host a webinar in conjunction with the American Bar Association, Charles River Associates and Ropes & Gray focused on Covid Fraud and Risk.  The webinar is titled DOJ Enforcement in the COVID-19 Crisis: What to Expect and How to Mitigate Risk. The Department of Justice and the FBI are dealing with demanding new enforcement issues in addition to long-standing pre-COVID priorities. Companies need to know what to expect and what they can do now to mitigate their risk and ensure compliance.
