Kelly J. Shivery

Paralegal

Kelly J. Shivery is an Advanced Certified Paralegal who assists the firm’s attorneys in the representation of individuals in whistleblower matters brought under federal and state False Claims Acts, the SEC and IRS Whistleblower Programs, and other laws. Ms. Shivery holds an Advanced Paralegal Certification in both Alternative Dispute Resolution and E-Discovery. She is a former Senior Arbitration Administrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Following her departure from FINRA, Ms. Shivery relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii where she assisted the former attorney general of the State of Hawaii in the representation of individuals in FINRA arbitrations, as well as in employment and commercial litigation matters. Upon her return to Florida in 2011, Ms. Shivery began working in the area of whistleblower law at McCabe Rabin, P.A., under the tutelage of now Magistrate Judge Ryon M. McCabe U.S.D.C., So. District of Florida.  In January 2022, Ms. Shivery joined the Whistleblower Law Collaborative. She works remotely from her home in Palm Beach County, Florida. Ms. Shivery is honored to continue the important work of assisting whistleblowers report government fraud.
